As a Subject Matter Expert, your duties will include evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable technical solutions. You may also be required to oversee the sales, training and businessess of the organization.

**Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Smooth Operation of Tour Management and Customer Service.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activities.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Clients and have good communication.
- Knowledge of group booking, FIT, GIT etc
- Increase the operational procedures and should be able to create or initiate new procedures or methods.
- Expertized in Tour packaging handling and customize as per need.
- Knowledge of Market trends in detination and tour packages and ensure highest quality is met for our clients and customers.
- Prepare Group and Individual packages
- Itenary customization and preparation as required
- Overall Ticketing knowledge, reservations, bookings etc

**Subject Matter Expert Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Travel / Tourism Management
- 2-4 years experience in travel and tourism industry
- Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Malayalam mandatory

**Salary : INR 20000 - 40000**

**Location : Cochin, Marine Drive**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
