Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as a key member of the hospital’s leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the facility. The COO will drive operational excellence, ensure adherence to NABH standards, and lead the team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:

- Oversee and manage all non-clinical departments, including administration, Marketing, finance, and facilities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and operational teams for optimal patient care.
- Monitor hospital operations to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.

2. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure strict adherence to NABH accreditation standards and guidelines.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement programs across all departments.
- Regularly review hospital policies to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

3. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the hospital’s mission and goals.
- Drive expansion plans, identify growth opportunities, and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct periodic performance analysis to recommend changes for improving operational outcomes.

4. Financial Oversight:

- Manage hospital budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize revenue cycle management and resource allocation.
- Evaluate and implement cost-saving measures without compromising patient care quality.

5. Leadership and Team Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads and operational staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Address staff concerns and implement solutions to improve morale and productivity.

6. Patient Experience:

- Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
- Address patient grievances promptly and ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement changes to improve service delivery.

7. Technology and Innovation:

- Oversee the integration of advanced technologies in hospital operations.
- Implement digital transformation initiatives, including EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to ensure the hospital remains competitive.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
