We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in using Photoshop to create captivating visual content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Use Photoshop to manipulate and enhance images, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that engage our target audience and drive results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Photoshop skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹11,531.94 - ₹33,891.17 per month
