**Roles and Responsibilities**:
In this role you will
- ** Drive Strategic Technical Direction**: Engage in technical and business discussions to shape the future architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- ** Integrations**: Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST), ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- ** Oversee Full Development Lifecycle**: Manage the end-to-end software development process—from requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- ** Ensure Compliance and Best Practices**: Align solutions with industry standards, compliance mandates, and internal enterprise architecture frameworks, particularly for Software Subscription models.
- ** Establish Data Governance**: Define and enforce governance models for data management, including security, error handling, monitoring, and logging.
- ** Align with Enterprise Strategy**: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Governance teams to ensure consistency with broader IT initiatives.
- ** Vendor Collaboration**: Partner with software vendors to enhance integration frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
- ** Provide Technical Leadership**:Offer guidance and mentorship to development teams and external partners in implementing integration and architectural best practices.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Overall 12+ Years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience as a Architect in Enterprise Solution Design.
- Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and competitive differentiation.- Strong understanding of subscription management principles, billing processes, revenue recognition standards, and industry best practices.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Effective and inclusive facilitator with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation that can influence stakeholders and build consensus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a passion for improving patient care and clinical research.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical team.
