**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Guide and monitor sales loading supervisors and store staff.
- Coordinate and manage the transport team to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Dispatch & Execution**:

- Ensure all material dispatches are completed on time.
- Resolve any dispatch-related issues promptly.
- Track and follow up on pending and late orders to ensure completion.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
- Check reorder levels and raise material requirements accordingly.
- Ensure proper stacking, safety, and organization of materials in the store.
- **Return Material Handling**:

- Keep track of returned materials, ensure proper inspection, and record them in the system.
- Take necessary action for replacement or adjustment as needed.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinate effectively with the sales, dispatch, and transport teams.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on stock status, dispatch activities, and pending orders.
- **Qualification**: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in store or warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of basic computer tools (Excel, stock entry systems).
- Experience in the steel or building materials industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
