**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using.Net Programming (VB.Net ASP.NET Core Web API C#.Net) to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Create and optimize SQL queries and database structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize Node.js for server-side development ensuring efficient and scalable backend solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Have 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development particularly.
- Demonstrate expertise in Azure DevOps GitLab.Net Programming (VB.Net ASP.NET Core Web API C#.Net) React JS SQL ASP.NET Core Node.js and Azure.
- Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
