Junior Barista

**Key Responsibilities**:Barista Duties:

- Assist in preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and teas
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
- Support in managing inventory of beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
- Learn coffee brewing techniques and latte art from senior baristas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter

Mixology Duties:

- Assist the head mixologist in preparing mocktails and cocktails (if applicable)
- Learn basic beverage mixing techniques and garnishing styles
- Replenish bar stock and prepare ingredients like fresh juices, syrups, herbs
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar area and glassware
- Understand and follow responsible serving practices (if alcohol is served)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year experience in F&B service (café, bar, or restaurant preferred)
- Strong interest in coffee and beverage preparation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices
- Basic knowledge of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,135.44 - ₹23,328.52 per month
