We are looking for a confident, energetic and young dentist who resides in and around South Delhi and wants to have a promising career on non-clinical side. S/he has to confidently pitch to all levels, starting from patients to doctors. The person should generate strong sales leads, for the organization, which then be converted into sales for the organization. Overall, the person’s work should lead to increased sales within 3 months for the organization.

**Essential Requirements for the role**:
1. BDS. Overall experience of 1-2 years.

2. Fluency in English is a must.

3. Should be very strong and not willing to give up in a few attempts.

4. Must be residing in and around South Delhi, or should be able to make the commute.

5. Should be driven by targets and goals.

You, as Business Development Doctor, would be the interlinking force between Rejove Aligners and Doctors in Delhi and other metropolitan cities. Additionally, you will have to build a rapport with your leads, impress them regarding the importance & urgency of aligners in dentistry, represent Rejove Aligners' professionalism and seek their interest in our organization.

Moreover, you would be directly calling leads, aligning scans and encouraging patients to take up aligners as the choice of treatment.

**The following are the essential areas of work for the position**:
A. Doctor's Liaison: To develop and maintain a professional relationship with patients and doctors.

B. Concept Promotion & Presentation: Talking to dentists about the concept of clear aligners, convincing patients as well about the need for aligner treatment.

C. Customer Relations: Maintaining good relations with patients in your the clinic through regular updates and feedback.

D. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Closing the final deal and clear deliverables & timelines for Rejove Aligners and clear pricing and payment schedules for the patients.

E. Reporting: Preparing sales reports for your supervisor. Preparing the list of leads and the responses by them to the supervising doctor.

**REMUNERATION**

The starting salary for this position is Rs 25,000 per month (can go up based on experience, interview performance and previous salary).
