J**ob Description**:
Experience in US Payroll required. US Taxation, Benefits, Garnishments, Tubs configuration experience is required.
- 5+yrs of experience on SAP HCM with PA, OM modules on ECC/HANA platforms.
- Ability to design Enterprise Structures, Org Structures, PA Structures, Role Management, Position Managenet, Cost Centers, Business Units, Etc.
- Finance Integration.
- Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines.
- Worked on the organizational management om and personnel administration pa modules able to prepare mini HR master data at least.
- Knowledge on Dynamic action
- Should have skill to work as SME for interface issues troubleshooting like IDOC, FTP and SFTP, concur, SF to EC BIB integration.
- Able to take requirement from Business and convey to ABAP person for Reports, Interfaces.
- Added advantage if have worked on SuccessFactors EC.
- ABAP debugging skills will help to project.
- Have experienced on SNOW, change procedure, FS creation etc.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
