**Job Title: Personal Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time utilization.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
**Travel Coordination**:Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements run seamlessly.
**Task Coordination**:Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members as needed.
**Organization**:Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents.
**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a full-time position located at Aristo Road, Fathima Nagar, Thrissur.
