
Project Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, documentation, and communication.
- Track and report on project progress, deliverables, and risks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project files.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely task execution.
- Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- PMP/CAPM certification is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with budgeting and reporting.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
