**Experience/Skills Required**
- _5+ years of professional In-depth experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing._
- _Good understanding of SDLC,STLC, ALM and various software testing models and methodologies._
- _Experience creating automation test suites at scale using ‘Worksoft Certify’_
- _Good knowledge of database testing _
- _Proficient of using ALM and Jira for test management._
- _A Salesforce tester should be familiar with load testing tools like JMeter/NeoLoad to validate the complex flows, which can offer inconsistent results in Salesforce._
- _Knowledge of Apex is a plus_

**Role & Responsibilities**
- _Ability to research, solve problems, and work both independently and in a team environment._
- _Write test scripts for new functionality / enhancements_
- _Create both positive and negative Test Scenarios_
- _Able to perform Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value Analysis_
- _Run Functional Test Cases for new functionality/ enhancements._
- _Run Regression Test suite to support existing functionality._
- _Should be able to conduct Smoke Testing to make sure all the major functionalities are functioning as per requirement_
- _Create, manage, and run automated test scripts using Selenium or any other automation tool that may be adopted in the future; be willing to learn and provide output_
- _A tester should have an easy communication channel with the development team._
- _He should understand the customizable features which can be built for the Salesforce app._
- _The tester needs to execute role-based test cases to ensure the consistency of data._
- _Regular follow ups with Development team on defect status._
- _Attend Defect Triage calls._
- _Meeting with development team on changes introduced and testing re-planning._
- _Manages and supports the execution of varying types of complex test cases: i.e., service level, component, functional, regression, mobile, and end-to-end, etc. analysis._
- _Document defects and collaborate with the development team on managing test results and feedback to developers._
- _Provides detailed status reporting, metrics and execution dashboards._
- _Works well with customers and vendors, knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment._
- _Performs technical troubleshooting /diagnostic analysis of system defects and conducts impact assessment._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

**Salary**: ₹221,430.92 - ₹1,147,124.49 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Nagar, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (required)
