**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell agrochemical products to retailers, distributors, and farmers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- **Market Development**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings to increase product awareness.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users (farmers).
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Territory Management**:

- Plan and manage sales routes and schedules effectively.
- Maintain data on sales, collections, and customer profiles for assigned areas.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of stock, collections, and outstanding payments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
