**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Triple Arcade team as a Gaming Kiosk Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to approach shoppers in the mall, encourage them to try out our gaming kiosks, and assist them through the payment and gameplay processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively approach shoppers in the mall and invite them to engage with the gaming kiosk.
- Assist customers throughout the payment process and guide them through the gameplay.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure all customers have a great experience.
- Ensure smooth operation of the gaming kiosk and troubleshoot any basic technical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the kiosk area.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to approach people confidently and engage them in conversation.
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital payments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment.
- A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
