**Expert - Proc. Support Ops - OP**

**Job purpose**:
SME would work closely with AP Teams, Associates, Senior Process Associates, Process leaders, Stakeholders & Suppliers. SME should be able to ensure a timely and accurate handling of queries related to order processing received through Smart Desk & Call Back functionality for self & team. Should be able to identify and drive continuous process improvements

**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- This role demands workload allocation & planning for the team
- Understands complex process / query management & engage with stakeholders to meet their priorities and requirements
- Managing escalations from Internal stakeholders & Business Stakeholders promptly. Solve the issues and provide timely solutions
- Should be able to take up ownership of the processes, identify process deviations and resolve them proactively
- Conduct trainings and open door sessions with stakeholders, team members to address knowledge gaps
- Prepare timely KPI reports and share with leadership team
- Collaborate in projects to drive change and following best practices
- Ensures alignment and compliance, as well as internal/external process standards and delivery of required business performance
- Document, monitor and execute internal control procedures encompassing company’s Internal Compliance controls
- Support the Process & System Integration and projects in the S2P Organization
- To develop a strong control mechanism by conducting regular process reviews & take complete ownership of the processes, identify gaps & help the team to fix it proactively
- Sharing process improvement ideas through PRISM, other forums etc., & support team in completing the value-added project
- To ensure all reporting activities such as Dashboards are done on time & reviewed.
- Adhering to Compliance Requirement of the Process

**Who you Are**:

- University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Commerce, or similar fields
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payables Process including procurement operations, Reporting, Accounting etc.
- Should have managed external customers/vendors/stakeholders as a part of the role
- Should have Transition Experience
- Strong AP & Query Management
- Quick learner with excellent analytical skills, self-driven & result Oriented
- Person should be high on energy & high standards
- Good communication skills, ability to influence remote stakeholders
- Logical reasoning, ability to take decisions on process matters and navigate
- Independent worker who can plan & work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Should have attention to detail and flavor for working with data
- Ability to develop good relations with team members/stakeholders & Demonstrate Customer Centricity
- ERP - Ability to explore the advanced usage of the ERP and to help the beginners in basic navigation. Generate reports and retrieve data from SAP and related systems.
- Problem solving - Ability to identify the root cause of the day to day process challenges and take remediation action with mínimal support. Ability to suggest corrective action
