- Experience implementing solutions on top of NoSQL and SQL databases such as

ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Postgres, SQL, etc.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Chai and Mocha, etc.
- Experience with performance optimization & transaction management in distributed

systems
- Understanding and exposure to interservice communication protocols like gRPC, HTTP

or AMQP with tools like Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Experience leading and coaching developers from a technical perspective (architecture

reviews, code reviews, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
