We at AFD are currently hiring for the position of 3 D Designer.

Please find the JD below for the same:

- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Preparation of 3D of the project (Internal and External ) as per the Final Architectural Plan;
- Make Docket and Submission Plan
- Preparation of Exterior and Interior Signages with BOQ
- Preparation of Art Work for Project/Product.

Skills Required:

- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max;
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape
- Good understanding of lighting, texture, and color theory
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately communicate design concepts
- Qualification - any qualification related to Architectural Field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

**Job Description: 3D Designer for Architectural Firm**

**Position**: 3D Designer

**Location**: Bhandup West

**Employer**: ArchFusion Design

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 per month

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Experience with 3D modeling & Visualisation - software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max;
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape
- Good understanding of lighting, texture, and color theory
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately communicate design concepts
- Qualification - any qualification related to Architectural Field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 4-5 years of professional experience in 3D design for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successful project completions and satisfied clients.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and other relevant 3D design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
