**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Experience with 3D modeling & Visualisation - software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max;

**Qualifications**

- **Experience**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and other relevant 3D design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
