**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user interactions and experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces and optimize user journeys, ensuring our solutions meet both business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- **Visual Design**: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability tests and analyze feedback to enhance the user experience.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your design skills and contribute to the team’s growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 1-1.6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
