**Job Description**:
**What you do**:

- As a Merchandiser, you have ownership over the whole purchasing workflow to secure the global best buy, best price and on time delivery in your assigned markets.
- At the same time, you have ownership over the Assortment / Brand merchandising workflow, to secure the best customer offer.
- You have shared responsibilities in driving development, quotation and order follow up processes per the set strategy to secure the best deal for our customers.
- You are responsible for making the necessary assessments to ensure the best markets are selected for each requested product.
- Finally, you are responsible for managing requests and orders, following the company routines/methods and ensuring best deals and on time delivery.

**How you do it**:

- As the Merchandiser, you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
- You achieve your goals through a collaborative relationship with Product (Purchasing) Merchandisers, the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organization and other functions, working as one team with shared responsibilities.
- You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders through effective negotiation skills and efficient communication to secure the best deal, and proactively follow up orders to secure the best quality and on time delivery.
- You solve problems by finding creative and proactive solutions by taking initiative when necessary.
- You have a clear understanding of the priorities (of the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organization) and balance their needs in the most efficient way.
- You always act with high levels of professionalism while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8-9 Years of experience from Home têxtile Industry
- Education from reputed institute NIFT /Pearl / or any reputed institute
- Knowledge of Product and pricing along with insight into macros and material
- Presentation skills, excel Skills
- Global Capability Understanding
- Handled Cushion cover, Towels, Blankets or Rugs category
