Miss Momo, a premium women’s wear clothing brand, is seeking a talented and customer-focused **Hair and Makeup Artist** to join our flagship store in Bangalore. We specialize in providing stylish, size-inclusive outfits for both purchase and rental. As part of our in-store experience, we offer hair and makeup services to enhance our customers’ shopping experience, making them feel confident and beautiful in their new outfits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hair and makeup services to customers who purchase or rent outfits from Miss Momo.
- Ensure customers receive a complete styling experience that complements their chosen outfits.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized hair and makeup station.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair and makeup trends to offer relevant styles.
- Assist in recommending hair and makeup styles based on customers’ outfits and preferences.
- Manage bookings and walk-in appointments for hair and makeup services.
- Ensure all products and tools are sanitized and stored properly.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of basic makeup techniques, blow drying, and simple updos.
- A keen sense of current hair and makeup trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and pampered.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.
- Must be punctual, well-organized, and passionate about delivering top-notch service.
- Experience in working within a fashion or retail environment is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to suggest and execute looks that complement the customer’s clothing choices.
- Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Fluency in English (fluency in local languages or Hindi is a plus).
