**Position Summary**

The Data Migration Engineer will be responsible for defining the data migration plan for each solution, working with legacy system and new system to design and create the mechanism to extract, cleanse, transform, enrich, load and validate all required data for the successful implementation and operation of the new solutions. The Data Migration Engineer will co-ordinate all data migration activities and will create and operate the migration tools as necessary

**JOB Description: Data Migration Engineer**
- Need strong & expert technical skills in SQL Server 2008 or above version.
- Need strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong English, verbal, reading, and writing communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
- Strong experience in Scripting, Tuning, Backup and Recovery
- Good experience in Database Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Administration in databases.
- Good experience in developing Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions Triggers and Views.
- Ability to work in teams and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to deal with clients and vendors
- Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine, implement solutions, and also able to work independently.
- Good experience in SSIS & SSRS and ETL Concepts.
- Effective Experience in Performance Tuning & Monitoring to address the bottleneck.
- Good experience in Maintenance and support-related project.
- Good experience in Quality assurance skills.
- Good knowledge in Performance Issue Analysis and Fixes in SQL Server
- Healthcare Domain experience is desirable.
