**Position: Medical Doctor (MD) - Pediatrics**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Doctor (MD) specializing in Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. As a Pediatrician, you will provide specialized medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on their health and well-being. Your role is vital in ensuring that our young patients receive the best possible care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough pediatric examinations, including physical assessments, developmental assessments, and immunizations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric medical conditions and diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for young patients, which may include prescribing medications and offering dietary and lifestyle guidance.
- Monitor and assess child growth and development, identifying any concerns or delays.
- Provide guidance on child and adolescent health, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and blood tests, to aid in diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records for each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive pediatric care.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and answering questions.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid and active medical license.
- Board certification in Pediatrics.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with pediatric patients and their families.
- Dedication to patient confidentiality and adherence to ethical medical practices.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
