MnD Design and Management is a growing design and manufacturing company specializing in retail store interiors and custom furniture fixtures. With a factory setup and a focus on quality execution, we cater to premium brands and are building new product lines and e-commerce experiences. We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented **2D Designer** to join our dynamic team and help bring ideas to life with precision and creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed 2D drawings for furniture, fixtures, and interior layouts using **AutoCAD** and similar design tools.
- Translate design briefs, sketches, and concepts into technical drawings for production.
- Coordinate with the factory team to ensure technical drawings are feasible and align with available materials and machinery.
- Maintain and update design documentation for standard and custom products.
- Work closely with project managers, CNC vendors, and fabricators to ensure seamless execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 2D Designer or Draftsman in the **furniture, interiors, or manufacturing** industry.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). Knowledge of SketchUp or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of material properties (wood, metal, laminates, etc.) and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality technical drawings.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working in a furniture factory or retail interior firm.
- Knowledge of software like Polyboard or Cabinet Vision.
- Familiarity with CNC file preparation and factory workflows.
