Should be polite when dealing with patients.
- Have Adequate Knowledge on the insurance companies and their process and should be able to network with insurance companies to obtain accreditation.
- To coordinate and co-operate with Admin and other related departments for smooth running of operations.
- To empanel private & Government providers / Schemes.
- Processing claims by reviewing medical records, contacting providers regarding coverage issues, and negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of patients.
- Monitoring the status of claims to ensure timely payment.
- Knowledge in payment to explain and collect the non medical expenses from the client
- Explain the protocol when receiving the cashless patient

Knowledge and should be aware of Pre-authorization / Enhancement / Query reply/ Follow up / dis allowance / Non-medical / co-pay / discount
- Computer knowledge is necessary to work on Billing and accessing insurance portals.

**Salary**: ₹160,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
