Jaglax Homes is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the operations at its boutique luxury holiday homes community of villas located in Siolim, Goa.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Maintenance and upkeep of the property - ensuring daily housekeeping and regular maintenance of furniture, appliances, fittings, fixtures, etc. Taking care of the pool, gymnasium, parking, cafeteria and other common areas.
- Enabling a smooth and comfortable journey for the guests from check-in until checkout
- Guest service, interaction, reviews, feedback and billing
- Team management - rostering, performance reviews, training, team building
- Inventory & vendor management
- Overseeing the concierge services
- Security personnel management

**Requirement**:

- People with prior experience in managing hospitality at luxury villas will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
