ACCOUNTABILITIES

ACTIVITIES

**Project Management**
- Review of electrical and instrumentation tender documents and providing concurrence for floating.
- Review of electrical and instrumentation estimate for individual projects.
- Ensure timely start and completion of electrical & instrumentation packages.
- Ensure appropriate electrical and instrumentation contractor is engaged for construction of depot.
- Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors and Site team for timely completion and delivery of various activities based on project schedule.

**Depot Construction**
- Finalizing the Concept, Facilities, And Layout plan for each project.
- Review of Drawings, QAP’s and other technical documents related to electrical & instrumentation package.
- Ensure compliance to safety practices and standards for safety during construction.
- Project review meetings with project site and contractors
- Periodic site visit to mentor and advise site team for timely completion of project to the required quality.Sorting out any issues arising to the assigned works.**Boundary Management**
- Coordination with Electrical and Instrumentation vendors.
