**About the Role**:
As a **Social Media Associate for Protyze**, you’ll be at the intersection of **fitness, culture, content, and community**. From shooting scroll-stopping reels to crafting killer copy, you’ll own our social voice across platforms - building brand love, driving engagement, and fueling our rapid growth.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Think in memes, talk in reels, and write captions in your sleep.
- Know what’s trending before it trends.
- Can shoot, edit, and upload faster than most people can say “algorithms.”

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage **end-to-end content calendars** across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and more
- Craft **snappy, platform-specific copy** - from carousel posts and static creatives to reel scripts and VO prompts
- Shoot & edit **short-form content** (especially reels, behind-the-scenes, product drops, UGC, and challenges)
- Collaborate with design, editorial, and performance teams to bring ideas to life
- Lead **trendspotting** and create timely, topical content rooted in Gen Z & fitness culture
- Manage daily **community engagement** - DMs, comments, shoutouts, collabs
- Track analytics, measure what’s working, and **optimise content using data**
- Lead, ideate and execute **campaigns, collabs, and influencer activities**
- Support the marketing and PR team in creating social-first content to amplify brand stories in media coverage, influencer collaborations, and press initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social for D2C/lifestyle/FMCG/fitness brands
- Strong copywriting chops with a good sense of **visual aesthetics**
- Experience shooting and editing content on your phone (basic reel-level editing a must)
- Working knowledge of platform algorithms, posting best practices, and content strategy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, or building youth brands

**Nice to Have**:

- Canva / Adobe Suite skills
- Certifications in digital/social media marketing
- A strong personal social media presence (fitness or lifestyle preferred)
- Experience working at a D2C startup, influencer-led brand, or performance-focused team

Pay: ₹11,197.70 - ₹45,083.83 per month
