**Marketing Mid-level** **position**
- Job Description:

As a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist at Exavalu, you will be crucial in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and leverage various channels to achieve our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our IT services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery across channels.
- Monitor channel performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, from campaign ideation and planning to execution and performance analysis.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing would be a plus.
