**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation: Install and configure home automation systems, including wiring, devices, and control panels.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with electrical and automation systems.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers on how to use their home automation systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and sales staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician or technician, preferably in home automation.
- Certifications: Valid electrician's license; additional certifications in home automation technologies are a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in installing and configuring home automation systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- Experience with smart home platforms (e.g., Z-Wave, Zigbee, KNX, etc.).
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
