**Job Title**: B2B Sales Representative
**Location**: [Location details if applicable]
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct B2B sales calls and generate leads within a specified target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure consistent follow-up with leads.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into actual sales.
- Work with the team to design and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth lead generation and customer service.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation, particularly within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.
**Desired Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience.

Pay: ₹25,610.61 - ₹30,133.46 per month
