**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform chemical & microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process & finished products.
- Conduct stability studies, sterility, microbial limit & environmental monitoring.
- Ensure accurate documentation & compliance with SOPs, GMP, GLP & ISO standards.
- Report deviations/OOS results & support in root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Maintain lab hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection monitoring.
- Support validations of cleanrooms, HVAC & production equipment.
- Participate in audits & ensure lab readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in lab practices & quality systems.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
