**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned area (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane), including building owners, property managers, and contractors.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Fuji Elevator Co.’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
- Work independently to manage sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing effective sales strategies tailored to the specific area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and have a valid driver’s license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the elevator industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities within the designated territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Existing network within the building management, construction, or real estate sectors in the Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane area.
