**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Delhi for a Whatsapp Marketing Specialist. The Whatsapp Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, conducting market research, devising marketing strategies, and managing customer service interactions through the platform. The role also involves communicating effectively with potential and existing customers to drive sales and enhance the user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication skills
- Skills in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Whatsapp marketing and other digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
