**Job Description and Requirements**
- In this role, your will be the key member of the HR Technology Product team. You will collaborate with the internal HRIS, HR, Finance, Payroll, External Vendors, and other cross-functional teams across the globe to support the HR Systems. You will build new functionality as well as support our current HR platform leading all parts of the system lifecycle from inception to retirement. You will also support upgrades, perform testing, roadmap planning, and incorporate new features as released by SAP SuccessFactors & other vendors while working with their customer success teams.- You will be part of a growing team where innovation, new ideas, and excellence are rewarded. Effective collaboration, communication and cooperation across the team are key to success in this role. You will work with people from different countries and cultures where diversity is respected and valued.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement new features in SAP ECC HR, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/ LMS / PM/GM/ Compensation Planning/Onboarding 1.0-2.0, Other HCM Platforms, and Integration projects.- Identify and build RPA and AI use cases for HR process automation.- Support and build new HR Analytics Dashboard (including predictive using AI/ML) Reports.- Support SAP and SuccessFactors components spanning SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/ LMS / PM/GM/ Compensation Planning/Onboarding 1.0-2.0, Other HR Platforms functions to meet client needs.- Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines following our process, and the quality of deliverables meets business expectations.**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ Years of implementation experience with SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/ LMS / PM/GM/ Compensation Planning/Onboarding 1.0-2.0, Integration.- Knowledge of SAP ECC - OM, PA setup of enterprise and personnel structure, and integration with EC.- Expert level knowledge about the overall SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite and their integration points.- Associate Certification in Employee Central SuccessFactors or in Compensation /Learning /RMK/ RCM/ONB 1.0-2.0/ Analytics- Good communication skills and collaboratively working with people of all levels in a team environment.- Deep knowledge about SuccessFactors API and Integration with different Global Payroll, Benefits vendors.- Integration experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, SAP S/4 HANA, IT Tools, and Salesforce is desirable.- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodologies**Note**: This position requires working with business users and technology teams across geographies.**Job Category**
