**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the entry and exit logs of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles at the security gate.
- Enter relevant data into the security management system, including names, vehicle details, entry/exit times, and purpose of visit.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all personnel and vehicle movements.
- Assist security personnel in verifying the identity of visitors and employees entering the premises.
- Communicate any discrepancies or suspicious activity to the security supervisor immediately.
- Perform regular audits of data entered to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports on data as required by the security team.
- Assist in handling requests for access passes or temporary IDs for visitors or contractors.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to security procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to facilitate smooth operations at the gate.
- Ensure that all data entry procedures are followed in compliance with company security policies and regulations.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
