**Job Title**: CNC / VMC Setter with Basic Programming

**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering only

**Location**: Sriperumbudur

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Set up and operate VMC machines**: Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions to set up VMC machines.
- **Select tools and materials**: Choose appropriate tools and materials required for machining processes.
- **Conduct routine maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency.
- **Monitor machine operations**: Keep an eye on machine operations to detect malfunctions or production errors.
- **Perform inspections**: Conduct in-process inspections and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- **Maintain records**: Keep accurate production and inspection records.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **3 years experience as a VMC Operator and Setter.**:

- **Skills**:Strong understanding of CNC programming** and machining processes, blueprint reading, tool selection, quality control inspection, machining processes, troubleshooting, and measurement tools.
- **Attributes**: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
