Special Needs Nurse

The special needs attendant, provides personal, social, and health care to a 40 year old woman with Ataxia disability. They assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and communication, in the home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Personal Care**: Assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and changing diapers.
- **Mobility**: Pushing wheelchairs, helping with transfers, and facilitating movement.
- **Communication**: Supporting communication needs and helping individuals express themselves.
- **Daily Living Activities**: Assisting with eating, drinking, and preparing meals.
- **Emotional Support**: Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- **Safety and Well-being**: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual, implementing their Individualized care plan.
- **Transportation**: Accompanying individuals to and from transportation.
- **Other Duties**: May include helping with household tasks, attending appointments, or participating in recreational activities.
Skills and Qualities:
- **Patience and Empathy**: Working with individuals who may have different needs and challenges.
- **Physical Strength and Stamina**: Assisting with lifting and transferring individuals.
- **Communication Skills**: Communicating effectively with individuals and their families.
- **Attention to Detail**: Following instructions and ensuring proper care.
- **Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team**: Working under the supervision of a supervisor.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
