**Job Title**: Parking Supervisor

**Location**: Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore (BIAL)
**Experience**: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong aptitude may also be considered)
**Joining**: Immediate preferred

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities of parking staff (attendants, cashiers, etc.)
- Monitor entry/exit operations, ticketing, and payment collections
- Ensure compliance with airport parking rules and regulations
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when needed
- Conduct routine checks of parking zones for cleanliness, signage, lighting, and safety
- Report daily operations, incidents, and revenue collections to management
- Coordinate with airport authorities, security, and emergency services when required
- Train and guide new team members and monitor performance
- Ensure availability of required equipment (POS devices, uniforms, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 or graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in parking operations, facility management, or similar roles
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ticketing systems)
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Physically fit and presentable as per airport standards

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in airport, mall, or commercial parking supervision
- Familiarity with automated parking systems and digital payment methods
- Team management and customer service orientation
