We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products to our clients, and we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Operations (Purchase) Executive.

As an Operations Executive you will be helping in day to day activities, understand our business processes and manage the following tasks:

- Identify purchasing needs and requirements,
- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased products and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Lead the complete Packaging vertical and maintain relations with the Packaging vendor to get things on time.
- Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
- Ability to understand and work with numbers
- Good understanding of verticals like Purchase and Quality,
- Prior experience in developing excel/google sheet
- Willing to learn more and focused on their own growth
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BTech, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, Ecommerce would be a great add on.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with purchasing software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
