**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
- **Experience**: 3-1 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant — preferably in metal surface treatment, pickling, or passivation chemical production
- The Production Incharge will be responsible for managing the complete production process for chemicals. The role focuses on planning, supervising, and optimizing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards while achieving production targets efficiently.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for pickling, passivation, and other chemical formulations.
- Supervise and guide operators, helpers, and technical staff in production activities.
- Ensure all production operations are carried out as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety norms.
- Monitor raw material usage, chemical blending, reaction control, and batch quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
