**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on-site promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and prepare regular reports.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Must be punctual, obedient, and capable of maintaining discipline on-site.
- Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a proactive attitude.
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about the latest tools, techniques, and safety standards in civil engineering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
