Job Title: IELTS Counsellor - Sales and Admissions(Work From Home)

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an IELTS Counsellor - Sales and Admissions.

As an IELTS Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational services, advising prospective students on IELTS preparation courses, and managing the sales and admissions process. Your expertise in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and strong sales skills will contribute to the success of our organization and help students achieve their language proficiency goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive information about our IELTS preparation courses, curriculum, and services to prospective students, both in person and through various communication channels.
- Conduct sales consultations and assessments to identify the needs and goals of prospective students.
- Guide and counsel students on the suitable IELTS preparation courses based on their English language proficiency level, desired score, and timeframe.
- Assist students with the enrollment process, including registration, documentation, and payment procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to attract prospective students.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to represent the organization and promote our IELTS programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, linguistics, or business.
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS examination, including test formats, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an educational or language training setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address students' needs and concerns.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries and admissions processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student consultations and events.
- Fluency in English is essential, and additional language proficiency is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,888.60 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
