Ø **Job Summary-**The Pre-Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the sales cycle by managing client queries, nurturing leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer journey before the final sale is closed. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and a basic understanding of real estate products and market trends.

Ø **Key Responsibilities-**

2. Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages.

3. Pre-qualify leads by understanding the customer’s needs, budget, and buying timeline.

4. Maintain CRM database with updated customer interactions and follow-up status.

5. Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.

6. Follow up on leads regularly to maintain engagement and interest.

7. Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses.

8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize lead conversion efforts.

9. Provided customer feedback and market trends to improve marketing strategies.

Ø **Key Skills Required**:
1. Strong verbal and written communication (English and local languages).

2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

3. Basic knowledge of the real estate market, projects, and property documentation.

4. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

5. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
