ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - CONSULTANT LEVEL

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding from customers as per agreed credit terms
- perform account reconciliations
- monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- research and resolve payment discrepancies
- generate age analysis
- review AR ageing to ensure compliance
- maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- investigate and resolve customer queries
- process adjustments if any
- follow the recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- collect data and prepare monthly metrics

Education and Experience
- Minimum qualification : Graduate in Commerce
- knowledge of accounts receivable
- knowledge of general accounting principals
- proficient in relevant computer software
- knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- 2-4 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience

JD:

- Should be able to interact & deal with clients
- Should have fair idea of 4 & 5 star hotels
- Know how to do costing/ suggesting the right product.
- Convincing Helping in Negotiation with Hoteliers and Suppliers.
- Should be pro-active in taking calls and reverting quickly.
