Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Operations:

- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of online sales and promotions.

2. Product Management:

- Assist in product listing, categorization, and merchandising on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels.

3. Order Management:

- Process and manage online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders and shipping.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs).
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.

6. Customer Service:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
