A Kitchen Stewarding (KST) supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Their duties include:
- **Managing staff**Hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating kitchen staff
- **Maintaining cleanliness**Monitoring the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, and ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are met
- **Managing inventory**Managing the inventory of kitchenware, dishware, and supplies, and ordering supplies as needed
- **Ensuring food quality**Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring recipes are followed, and monitoring food storage and inventory
- **Ensuring safety and compliance**Ensuring the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities
- **Managing costs**Monitoring food and labor costs to ensure budget adherence, and working with suppliers to negotiate pricing
- **Providing customer service**Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- **Preparing reports**Preparing reports on kitchen operations and performance
A KST supervisor should have strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. They should also be physically fit as the job may involve heavy lifting and standing for long hours.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
