Account Executive

**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in accounting software (e.g., Tally / ERP).
- Handle accounts payable and receivable and payable processes.
- Verify and record purchase bills from vendors.
- Maintain sales and purchase registers regularly in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Reconcile discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and procurement teams for billing accuracy.
- Assist in filing GST returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain billing-related documents and records for audit and compliance.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions and support month-end closings.
- Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Generate reports such as sales, purchase, and expense summaries.
- Maintain of Petty Cash, Cash Book and distribution Cash, & Salary.
- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for financial clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST laws
- Understanding of GST, HSN/SAC codes, and basic accounting principles.
- Good understanding of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
