Job Summary:
As a System Administrator with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth performance of the organization's IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and providing support to end-users. You will collaborate with the IT team to implement and optimize system and network components.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and high availability. Monitor server resources and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.

2. Network Administration: Set up and manage network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points. Troubleshoot network issues and ensure secure and efficient data transmission.

3. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly. Respond to help desk tickets and resolve problems to minimize downtime.

5. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and monitor data backup solutions. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

6. Security and Compliance: Maintain system security by configuring firewalls, access controls, and encryption. Regularly conduct security audits and adhere to industry compliance standards.

7. Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Manage virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Optimize resource allocation and monitor cloud costs.

8. Hardware and Software Procurement: Assist in hardware and software selection and procurement, considering compatibility and budget requirements.

9.Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, analyze bottlenecks, and proactively optimize system resources for maximum efficiency.

10. Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and user guides.

12. IT Asset Management: Track hardware and software assets, including licenses, warranties, and service contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, MCSA) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
