**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct English language assessments to evaluate the proficiency levels of students or employees.

2. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the individual needs and learning objectives of each student.

3. Provide one-on-one or small group English language instruction, focusing on areas such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking.

4. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and resources to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.

5. Monitor student progress, track performance, and provide regular feedback to identify areas for improvement and reinforce learning.

6. Adapt teaching strategies and approaches to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and abilities.

7. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence, motivation, and self-directed learning.

8. Stay updated on developments in English language teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies, and incorporate them into teaching practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in lesson planning and teaching approaches.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and learning purposes.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
