Job Brief

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Requirements**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and communication, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop visual concepts and design elements for various mediums, including print, digital, social media, web, and more.
- Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Produce high-quality designs for marketing materials, such as posters, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
- Provide constructive input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
- Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Maintain a well-organised digital library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy accessibility.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience (2+ years) in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus.
- Languages known English, Hindi & Marathi
- Must have passport

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 6 years (preferred)
- Design: 4 years (preferred)
